PalMed Academy Signs Agreement with Gaza Beat of the Heart to Support Healthcare Education in Gaza
Gaza, 6 August 2025 and PalMed Academy has entered into a new collaboration agreement with the Gaza Beat of the Heart organisation (غزة نبض القلب) to advance the delivery of healthcare education projects in Gaza. The agreement was signed by Dr. Riyad Almasharqah representing PalMed Academy and Mr. Ahmed Alaboodi representing Gaza Beat of the Heart.
Gaza Beat of the Heart is the world’s first platform dedicated to supporting the health sector in Gaza. It was launched during the International Conference for Gaza’s Health Sector Relief in Jordan. The platform, generously donated by Al Istiklal Hospital, the largest private hospital in Jordan, serves the people of Gaza by delivering high-quality humanitarian projects. At its launch, projects worth over 14 million Jordanian dinars were selected and purchased, highlighting its strong commitment to improving healthcare access and capacity in the Gaza Strip.
The new partnership with PalMed Academy is designed to strengthen the Academy’s ability to deliver structured healthcare education programmes in Gaza. With the growing demand for medical training and professional development, this collaboration will focus on initiatives that build knowledge, enhance practical skills, and create sustainable opportunities for both students and healthcare professionals.
By combining Gaza Beat of the Heart’s platform and resources with PalMed Academy’s expertise in medical education, the two organisations will ensure that educational projects are impactful, well-structured, and responsive to local needs. The agreement represents an important milestone for PalMed Academy’s mission to expand access to healthcare education in challenging environments.

Together, PalMed Academy and Gaza Beat of the Heart are committed to empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals, supporting long-term improvements in the sector, and making a lasting contribution to the wellbeing of communities in Gaza.
